• Accounting services will include standard book keeping and maintenance of Historic Rental Calendar, Income and Expense detail.
• Payment Statements and Contract Notifications shall be sent via email with delivery confirmation requested.

Guest Services / Maid Service

• cleaning services and supplies two visits per week.  Additional housekeeping days may be requested or contracted by owner.

Property Maintenance

• Opperational Maintenance
• Scheduled Maintenance
• Scheduled Maintenance issues may be recommended by Manager or Owner.  All Programmed Maintenance projects will be planned and scheduled to avoid impact on Owner or Client use of property when ever possible.
• Pool Cleaning Services
• Gardening services
• Landscaping services

Utilities & Taxes

• Payment of utilities and services here on behalf of property owners.
• Payment of annual Property Taxes.
