Paradise Medical Services is located in Playa Guiones on the main street just down from Café de Paris across the street from Robin’s Ice Cream.  Doctor Mauricio originally of the San Jose area of Costa Rica, moved to Nosara several years ago with the desire to assist the local community in their needs for medical services.  A avid local surfer as well Doctor Mauricio is familiar with many of our normal injuries that can occur while on our surf vacation ranging from the twisted ankle to the sting ray accident.

General Medicine and minor surgery for adults, women and children.  Paradise Medical Services can assist with National and International Air Transfers, Laboratory needs, Specialist appointment coordination and EMERGENCIES.
