General Description:
This project is on the hightst point of land in the region. The land has been subdivided into 25 large lots, some 2-acres or more. Spectaculare whitewater ocean and sunset views, as well as dynamic views of the Nosara Valley, the Rio Nosara and the northern mountain ranges in the distance. A major investment in roads, water systems, electricity, drainage and gutter systems have been made. The roads are three years old and all-weather. The project has it’s own independent, water supply via a 100-meter well, drilled mid-mountain, which services the project via two water pumps and a 125 cubic feet tank at the summit. ICE-grade electrical poles run from the base of the mountain to the project. Power is brought in to lots four months before building begins. All electrical lines and transformers will be insulated to protect the many families of howler monkeys that live in teh project. SETENA (the government regulator of land developments) has approved the project and all government regulations have been complied with. Eagle’s View is the closest muontain development to the Pacific ocean. The project is about three miles from the beaches and accessible via public roads. The public road to Nosara, airport, grocery stores, pharmacy, doctors, and other amenities are minutes away. |
