Gerardo Brenes Astorga – Broker / Agent -Majoring in Political Science, Gerardo is finishing his degree in law at the University of Costa Rica. Born in San Jose, Gerardo’s vast knowledge of the country and bilingual skills make him a vital part of our team. In 1993 Gerardo fell in love with the Province of Guanacaste and has lived in Nosara ever since. Gerardo is Reef Realty’s senior licensed broker and also has vast experience in property management, real estate contracts and negotiations.
Brian Douglas Bombard – Broker / Agent Of Santa Catalina Island, California Brian moved here in 2004 to join the family business and to enjoy the beautiful environment of Nosara and Guanacaste. Being a Surfer he has been privileged to enjoy so many of the amazing surf spots around this magical place, Nosara. After working in Reef Realty’s Property Management business for a number of years Brian, completed his studies and became a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 2008. Brian now specializes in Property Management, Project Management and Real Estate Sales. He can answer many of your questions about moving to Nosara, shipping companies, finding the proper designer or furnishings for your home. Brenda Sue Bombard – Agent - Relocating from Catalina Island, California in 1998, Brenda and her family, have made Nosara their permanent home. With more than 12 years of experience and active participation in native-animal protection, resort management, real estate and property management in the Nosara area, Brenda, is one of our most knowledgeable and experienced agents. Brenda’s warm and helpful personality will help you relax and feel right at home as you work together to find the perfect property for you. Brenda is also the founder of the Refugio de Animales Nosara and is one of the primary care givers to orphaned and injured wild howler monkeys.
