Hello everyone! I hope you all enjoyed your Easter Holidays. Things here in Nosara Guanacaste were fun. Hot weather, good times at the beach and a lot of family fun. We had some big swell the past week. It has not dropped much we still have some head high solid sets coming through with a lot of current out there so be careful and be alert.
Another great new update as well! We FINALLY got a bridge in for the stream here in Esperanza as well! Fantastic for the community and in those rainy days when it is questionable the passage we are sure to get to and from! Check us out on facebook for the updates on the bridge. You can see the photos. Nothing fancy but it will get the job done for now until the community can gather the funds to do the real concrete bridge needed. The local developers from La Joya de Esperanza and Highlands at Esperanza along with some of our local residents that live back there donated funds to this project as well as materials and labor! Thanks guys!
Today we were out looking at homes and had a great opportunity to visit Arco Iris or as many of you may know this location 506. Arco Iris is a gated community located near Dos Lorenas and down the street from Nosara Falls and Il Bacilico restaurant. Fantastic location fully equipped with 24 hour security and great property management offering a great return on your investment when your not able to be here enjoying the tropics.
This facility is a 2 bedroom 1 bath facility with 10% ownership in grounds and pool. HOA dues are $250 monthly which cover many of the things we would like to not have to think about such as security, water, pool maintenance, grounds, trash and of course WiFi.
Arco Iris provides a great location for families to vacation and relax with plenty of space. Each unit is built with beautiful Teak wood overheads and beautiful wood entry beams. Hand carved local wood doors for entry. Each unit was finished with the finest of quality and attention to detail. As well each unit is provided a private parking space.
